Job Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Triage Specialist to join our remote team. This role primarily focuses on assessing and prioritizing incoming service requests, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring prompt and effective communication with our staff and clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review incoming service requests via phone, email, and our online platform.
  • Evaluate the urgency and nature of requests, categorizing them for immediate attention or scheduling.
  • Communicate directly with customers to clarify details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to assign tasks based on the triaged needs.

Qualifications
