Job Responsibilities
- Type and proofread various documents, including client itineraries, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of bookings and correspondence with clients.
- Assist in data entry tasks and ensure accurate documentation of client information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and information flow.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management.
- Respond to inquiries via email and help maintain our database.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy in all written materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in typing and data entry.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately (Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
- Familiarity with fishing or outdoor activities is a bonus.
