The Role

As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care, and managing a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification with active registration in Ontario.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international healthcare partnerships.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
