Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they book their charter to the time they return from the water. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of customer service, administrative tasks, and coordinating with our experienced fishing guides.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist customers with booking fishing charters and provide information on our services.
- Coordinate with our fishing guides to ensure all charter needs are met.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, confirming reservations, and processing payments.
- Enhance the overall guest experience by providing expert knowledge about fishing and local hotspots.
- Prepare information materials, welcome kits, and post-activity follow-ups.
- Help maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area.
- Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications
