Position Overview

As a Survey Executive, you will be responsible for conducting surveys that are pivotal to our operations. You will work closely with our team of pilots, engineers, and other professionals to gather and analyze data that ensures the safety of maritime navigation. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct maritime surveys, including hydrographic, topographic, and geospatial data collection.

  • Collaborate with pilots and other stakeholders to plan and execute survey projects efficiently.
  • Utilize GIS software and other analytical tools to interpret and visualize data.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Participate in fieldwork, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into survey methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Marine Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in surveying, particularly in a maritime context.
  • Strong proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license; additional certifications related to surveying may be advantageous.
